How It Works
Ride
To rent a bike, enter your account number or tap your member card on the bicycle keypad. You can also use the mobile app to find and reserve a bike.
Adjust the seat height and check the brakes. For quick stops during the ride use the “HOLD” button by the keypad and secure the bike to a bike rack. To unlock enter your 4-digit pin code.
To end your trip, just return and lock the bike to a station, or a rack within 100 feet if the station you choose is full. Check the screen on the bike for return confirmation.

Release
Once prompted, enter your 4-digit PIN code using the keypad on the bicycle. To release the bike pull out the lock bar and place it in the holder
